Who we are

I AM Institute Support Services (ABN 24 679 131 830) is a registered NDIS provider. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean I AM Institute Support Services.

What we collect

We only collect information we need to respond to you and to provide supports. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• names, phone numbers, email and postal addresses of participants, referrers, carers and guardians;
• NDIS numbers, plan management details and date of birth;
• health and disability information you choose to share, such as a diagnosis or support needs;
• anything else you include in a message or referral.

Health and disability information is sensitive information. We only collect it with consent, and we ask referrers to confirm the participant (or their guardian) has agreed to their details being shared with us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries and referrals, assess and deliver supports, meet our NDIS and legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information when it is needed to provide supports (for example with the NDIA, plan managers or other providers involved in your care), when you have agreed, or when the law requires or allows it. Messages sent through this website are delivered to us by our website hosting and form provider, which stores them securely on our behalf.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only authorised staff can access the information you send us.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
