The NDIS

A new system can feel overwhelming.

As a registered NDIS provider, we help participants and families find their way with confidence.

What is the NDIS?

Funding for an ordinary, fulfilling life.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds Australians living with a significant and permanent disability, along with their families and carers. Its goal is simple: to help people get the supports they need to live an ordinary, fulfilling and independent life.

When fully implemented, it will support hundreds of thousands of Australians under 65 who need ongoing assistance.

How does it work?

Choice, control and flexibility.

You work with the NDIA, the agency that runs the scheme, to build a personal support plan around your needs, goals and daily challenges. Under the NDIS, you decide:

Whatsupports you receive
Whenthey are delivered
Whodelivers them
Howyou reach your goals

How we can support you

We walk alongside you and your family.

  • Understand your NDIS plan
  • Identify your personal goals
  • Choose the best support options
  • Build skills to live confidently and independently

We help each person get the most from their funding so they can enjoy a safe, meaningful and connected life. We are currently registered to provide supports in categories such as:

Assistance with daily personal activitiesHigh intensity daily personal activitiesAssistance with life stage transitionAssistance with travel and transportCommunity and social participationGroup and centre-based activitiesTherapeutic supportsSupported employment assistanceCommunity nursing care

We work with you so every support lines up with your goals, needs and aspirations.

Navigating the NDIS Price Guide

Our rates follow the Price Guide.

We follow the pricing in the NDIS Price Guide and update our rates whenever the NDIA updates it, so everything stays transparent. We may also charge the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) for eligible supports, as set out by the NDIS.

Participants, families and carers can download the latest Price Guide from the NDIS website.
